It’s time to unbox my Topbox May package. Since last month’s box was so nice, I was quite excited to receive and open it this month.
Topbox is a Canadian company that sends out a monthly beauty subscription box. It costs $12 per month (this is the only option), and you get 4 deluxe samples per box. They often have special “Prive” boxes that you can select as your preferred option every month, and some (but not all) people who wish for that box will get it instead of the normal box.
Similar to last month, none of the Prive boxes called to me, so I opted for the regular box. What was in my box this month?
Curl Keeper Total Control for Frizzy Hair – I have curly hair, and frizzies are a concern, especially since I air dry during the summer, so this is a product I’m excited to try.
The Faceshop Collagen Pomegranate Pack – This is a sleeping mask, which I haven’t had much experience with, but I do usually enjoy Faceshop products, so I’ll definitely give it a try.
Benefit Cosmetics Air Patrol BB Cream Eyelid Primer – eye primer? Sign me up, that’s all I needed to hear, even if the product size is less than my pinky finger, lol.
La Roce-Posay Anthelios Ultra-Fluid Lotion SPF 60 – Sunscreen is important, especially now that summer is arriving. I do find La Roce-Posay names are super intimidating though. They seem so overly complicated.
The box comes with an insert that details the products, their cost, and where they’re available for purchase. It’s simple but effective.
Overall, this box is full of products that I’ll try. There isn’t a single product that I’m not interested in, which is awesome. We’ll see whether everything works out for me, but just knowing I’ll try everything makes the box worth the price.
