It’s been a while since I tried new skincare products that I enjoyed. I’ve been sticking to a few known favourites for the last few months, but when I got the chance to try Chorus Supernatural products, I had to jump on it.

Chorus Supernatural Cleanse and Polish

Chorus Supernatural is a company based in British Columbia, Canada, and prides itself on using only natural ingredients, many of which they source from BC, including right here on Vancouver Island. How could I resist such a local company? Easy, I couldn’t.

I received two products to try: Cleanse (cleansing gel) and Polish (facial scrub).

It only took one try for me to fall in love with Cleanse. And here’s why: it remembers me a lot of the No 7 Beautiful Skin Melting Gel Cleanser, which is my current favourite cleanser (seriously, I’m about to run out of my 3rd tube). Both are very gentle cleansers that start in gel form and seem to melt into your skin. The main difference between the two is that the Chorus Supernatural one has a strong green/mint smell while the No 7 one is almost scentless. Other than that, I think the No 7 is a touch more hydrating, but only by a minor degree, I don’t feel the need to slather on moisturizer after either one.

Chorus Supernatural Cleanse and Polish

Polish is a very gentle scrub. It uses jojoba beads and has the same strong green/mint scent as Cleanse. It didn’t dry my skin either, although it also didn’t feel like it did much scrubbing. I didn’t really like or dislike this product, it was just okay. I’ve kind of fallen out of obsessing over scrub products this year, and it’s hard for a scrub to hold my attention for very long lately.

The price of these products is higher than most drugstore, but seems comparable to No 7, which I feel I have to compare it to, since Cleanse seems so similar. I’m actually going to need a new moisturizer soon, and now I’m seriously torn between trying a Chorus Supernatural one, or a No 7 one. I’m also curious if those two products would be the same as well, which is concerning since I really don’t need to buy two. #beautybloggerproblems

If you’re looking for a BC local company, or one that uses all natural ingredients for an affordable price, I’d definitely recommend Chorus Supernatural. I am very impressed so far.

  1. I love natural brands so this is an interesting one to check! Thank you!

  2. Oh I am SO IMPRESSED! I’m typing up my review now! I got the Polish and Moisturizer to try and adore both. The Cleanser sounds so nice though and I am not usually that keen on cleasers!
